The Cerkl Broadcast platform utilizes the services of SendGrid for delivery of emails. All emails will be delivered on the provided Dedicated IP, at a rate of up to 25,000 emails per minute. Your team will be asked to take steps to make sure there are not throttling or bottleneck issues associated with receiving emails of that volume, to ensure it doesn’t take longer than necessary for Employees to receive their communications.
